Designed for projects under non-disclosure agreements. See what TURNA does with your files, from upload to deletion.
We would rather be accurate than reassuring: the machines that render your images belong to third-party providers. Container isolation protects you from other tenants; it is not an absolute guarantee against the operator of the machine. That is precisely why the container is destroyed at the end of the render: your scene never stays on a rented machine.
All communication between your Blender add-on and our servers is encrypted with TLS 1.3 (HTTPS). Your data never crosses the network in clear text.
We apply the principle of least privilege. No one on the TURNA team opens your .blend files: they are processed entirely automatically, and access to storage is restricted to the technical administration of the service.
Each render runs in a container created for it alone, on a machine that renders nothing else at the same time. The container is destroyed as soon as the render finishes: your scene does not stay on the machine.
As soon as the render finishes, the scene and the images are erased from the machines that produced them. Your scene is kept for 7 days on our European storage so that your render can be relaunched free of charge if something goes wrong, then deleted. You can delete it sooner from your client area.
Our databases are hosted in Europe, and your renders are processed on GPUs located in Europe first. See “Where your render is processed” below for the exact details.
We never store your bank details. All transactions are handled by Stripe, which is certified PCI DSS Level 1 (the highest level of the standard).
Your .blend file is compressed inside Blender by the add-on, then sent over an encrypted connection to our servers, located in Europe.
Your scene goes to a GPU machine that only receives a render ID, without your name or your address. The rented GPUs render nothing but this job while it lasts.
Blender is launched with automatic script execution disabled: any Python code a scene may contain does not run on the render machine. The machine only receives links restricted to its own files and limited in time, never a global access key.
Your images come back to our servers, then the machine erases from its disk the scene and the images it has just rendered. The container is then destroyed.
TURNA does not own a data centre. GPUs are rented on demand from specialised third-party hosts. They are chosen in the twenty-seven countries of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
When no card is available there, the render only goes to a country the European Commission recognises as offering adequate data protection. Never anywhere else: without a machine within this scope, your render waits in the queue. In every case, transport is encrypted and the machine is destroyed as soon as the render finishes. The host administers its own machine: for a project under a strict non-disclosure agreement, ask us for the data processing agreement first.
Your account data, your invoices and your render history, for their part, never leave Europe.
This is a measured record, not an intention. Of the 297 renders in our history for which a machine was actually rented, 296 were processed in Europe. The only other one took place in the United States, during the night of 11 to 12 September 2026, because no European machine was available at that moment. Record taken on 12 September 2026, covering every render carried out since the service opened. Since 19 September 2026, such a departure is no longer possible.
